If you were expecting to use the site directly, the feature you need is intentionally hidden until you interact with the event QR codes. That is how the experience is unlocked and tied to the vehicles on display.
Walk the show, find the cars that display the QR codes, and scan one with your phone. That will activate the content and take you to the special experience.
